Cost of services

Advance booking for educational settings

Educational settings can contract blocks of time. The minimum contract length is for one term of at least 2 days or 4 half days. A service level agreement (SLA) will be drawn up for this type service delivery. Buying in time via SLA is more cost effective than Pay As You Go.

Daily fee (6 hours contact time)                            £500

Half day fee (3 hours contact time)                      £300

Day and half day fees include:

  • Preparation
  • Follow up, including a written visit record and brief written summaries of consultations or discussions, as needed. Time for longer reports (such as support for an EHC application) is taken from contracted hours, subject to prior agreement.
  • Travel time and costs up to a 30 mile radius of Harborne, Birmingham
